One month Dr. Appointment today!!!

Well I went to see Dr.McDonald today and everything went well. I have lost 6 more lbs. I was a month out on the 6th of July and I have lost a total of 18 lbs since the day of my surgery. He said I could go back and exercise at the YMCA in the pool again and I was so glad. He said I was loosing real well but not to loose to fast. I feel good just tired when I get home from work. This is my first week back since surgery and of course I am taking medication for bronchitis and an ear infection but life is good here, I can't complain.
