Shelli - That is great news! I know you're excited and scared and believe me when I say that I felt exactly the same way. I am nearly six months out and although I haven't lost all my weight yet, I can honestly say it was the best thing I ever did for myself. July 25th will be here before you know it. BTW, I love your dog. My boston is 7 years old and is wonderful. She's always glad to see me, even when my sometimes surly teens aren't. I guess that's the way it's supposed to be though! Take care and keep us posted.

It seems like it will be forever before I have my surgery. But I know how exciting it is to get the date scheduled. You will have it done before you know it! Whoo Hoo!

Hi Shelli,

Congratulations!! The 25th will be here before you know it. It's normal to be nervous, but as Rhonda said, it's the best thing I've ever done for myself and I'd do it again.
