When i was on vitalady.com i noticed the sugarfree syrups which would add good flavor with no calories.  Anyone use them and if so, for what? Thanks, Pam

Hi Pam, I've not used the syrups from vitalady but I did find some DaVanci syrups at Walmart. They are sugar free. I use them to make Iced coffeys like the ones McDonalds has. I have tried the caramel and it is really good. If you are into Iced coffeys I will give you my "recipe" Debbie

Ooooo Debbie!  I want your "recipe"! I bought some sugar-free DaVinci syrups at WalMart too.  Then last week I found them at TJ Maxx.  The bottles were twice as large and half the price!

Hi Pam,

I'm with Deb and just love the Caramel Sugar Free syrup from DaVinci. I have also found them and others at TJ Maxx, Ross, and Marshall's. It's a good way to try some without spending a fortune. I've gotten to where I use some of the small 3 ounce fluid carriers you can use for the airlines to carry the sugar free caramel in my purse. That way when I want something sweet and sinful, I can get a decaf coffee and sweeten it with something decadent without blowing my budget ... the one in my wallet or my calorie count. LOL

I love anything caramel and have got to scout some out.   Wonder if i peeled a part of an apple, how it would taste on that?  Only one way to find out...try it! Thanks all,  Pam

Also, keep in mind that Crackbucks sells all of the SF syrups for $6.99 a bottle. Just ask for it at the counter.

I use the Torani SF syrups for lots of things, from iced coffees to those flaxmeal muffins I make, to some of the recipes from Eggface's blog.  They can satisfy a craving with no cals, no carbs!

The sad part is I rarely cook....absolutely hate it anymore as i have gotten older.  I am gonna buy some and experiment. Thanks, Pam

Yes I can identify with that.  Getting older, living alone, and now this surgery have seriously altered my cooking habits.  Any recipes I do any more are VERY simple, I can assure you!  LOL

My kid is in college and husband works weird hours so everyone on their own here except once in a blue moon when i get a feather up my butt and decide to cook.  LOL Take care, Pam
