I just made an egg custard with splenda and no crust with fresh blueberries. YUMMMMMMM 3 eggs                                         blue berries(how many you like) 3/4 cp splenda teasp. vanilla pinch salt 2 cups milk  (I used canned and added enough 1% to make 2cups) 1 TBSp flour I threw all this in a blender. Sprayed a  cassorole dish with pam. Put 3/4 cp blue berries in dish and poured mixture on top,. Cook 45 min at 350  or until firm. I'm sure you can use any fruit or even none. I put just a little sugar free cool whip on top. I know wasted  empty calories.....but not many. Yum Myrtis

Myrtis,

It sounds fabulous and we all have to find some ways to enjoy some of the sweet things in life, just not to excess. It sounds like you found a perfect way to do that with a bit of protein in the mix.

Thanks for sharing,

Barb

Barbara  I think it is relatively wls friendly. Of coarse I made Donnie 2 pies with sugar and a crust. But I was happy with mine. Myrtis
