Hey Annie: I just ordered some samples from vitalady.com and once i know what flavors i like, will go to this site as about 4 bucks cheaper.   I also got some Bariatric Calcium Citrate which i have been saying i was gonna get for the past few weeks.    Thanks for your help! Pam

Let me know if you try the coconut candy bar one!! Have you ever noticed that most everything we eat since surgery taste WONDERFUL. My friend made a huge pot of turkey soup for me the other day and every time I eat it I always tell Lee it is the best soup I ever had LOL Lee says I say that about everything now but keep in mind it is very small amounts.                                           Annie

I did order that one and will let you know what i think of it.   I just tried some Nectar (fuzzy navel) today and didn't like it very much.  My son who has started to bulk up suggested we put in the bullet blender with splenda and ice and see if it taste any better.   He didn't mind it as much as i did.

I had a corn on the cob for dinner today and reason why i drank the nectar for my protein earlier.   It was ok and family said great.  I also made fruit salad for the family yesterday with watermelon, grapes, cantalope and pineapple.  I had a very small serving but think of everything i miss, it is the fruit and vegetables in the summer.  The neighbor brought over fresh tomatoes and I am drooling for one but full from the corn.   I used to eat tomato sandwiches with salt in the summer and since no protein and bread doesn't agree with me..haven't had one. Overall though, i am so happy for my RNY but those are the things i miss the most. Pam

I miss those summer time veggies too. I always do protien first and always then maybe if I am lucky a spoonful of veggies. I love yellow squash and onions but Lee isnt from the south and isnt wild about them like I am. He normally will eat whatever I fix. Now this gives me an idea LOL squash and onions just wont cook as much as I used too.                                        Annie
