First of all I love that word DESSERT LOL
I bought some yesterday at HT came home and made me a shake using the Lactaid lowfat milk.
I probally did not make it in the best size of a cup because it felt like I was going to pop.
The good news is the mix has 20 grams of protien and it worked really well with the lactaid milk.
Bubbles was very happy and she did not make hardly any noise.
This morning I had another shake but a much smaller cup and I am feeling fine.
I have always liked the shakes but there was a point after surgery shakes were doing me in meaning I felt I had to go lay down for 30 minutes before I could start my day.
Thxs to who ever mentioned Dessert protien mix it works for me.

These sound really good.  Is there a place I can get free samples from?  I would hate to buy a big container and not use it.

I sent you three. The Banana Nut, the Banana Cream, and the Vanilla Creme are all BSN Dessert protein shakes. You can get additional samples from vitalady.com for 1.99 each.

Are they called Dessert shakes?  Where do you find them in the store?    How many calories and sugar g?    I am looking for something to replace my CIB for breakfast and this sounds like it may be a good replacement. Thanks my friend! Pam
