Plastic Surgery with Dr. Capizzi in HUntersville

Plastic surgery!

 

I never dreamt I would be at this phase in my WLS journey. But here I sit, sore as H*LL, with brand new breasts! I had my first phase of body contouring done yesterday, a breast lift. I chose to keep all my breast tissue and see if I like the end results with that. If I don’t during my second phase (“tummy tuck”) I will see about getting breast implants.

 

My surgeon (Dr. Capizzi, can I just say FABULOUS?!) said some people are ok with just the breast lift for a few years. I have always been large breasted so I went into this thinking I was going to be losing everything. So far, I’m very pleased!

 

I really never thought that I would get to this point in my journey, I always felt that was for other people and it just didn’t happen to everyone. I believe in positive thinking for sure now!

 

Well I am going to try and update all my blogs while I am “down,” I’ll be back at work Monday.

Thank you for all the encouragement and compliments! I am VERY sore today, but I have TWO things that are NOT pointing towards the floor anymore. I'm getting very excited!  Not sure why this site won't let me say the physician I had it done with, I am really excited about this phase and how great he is. I feel like he is a finishing touch on my jounrye. He's the only surgeon currently at Stillwater Plastic Surgery.

Congrats on a successful surgery!  I always like hearing these stories...gives me hope.  :)  Plus, it's nice to know about the plastic surgeons in NC that everyone likes.

Congratulations Stef!!!  I love Dr. P. Cappizzi, he does GREAT work.  I work with his wife Dr. M Cappizzi.  They both are wonderful people!!!  I hope you have a fast recovery!

I had NO CLUE his wife was a doctor! They have 5 children!  Talk about a busy life, goodness.
