Vacation plans ???

Good morning my little slim friends, I hope all is well with each and everyone of you, are you drinking enough water , are you walking like you should ??    As I am getting ready for my vacation it makes me once again say how very grateful I am to have had the chance to have this life saving surgery, I thank The Wonderful Good Lord everyday. The DH , Gavin and I are flying out on July 24th across the pond to Jolly Ol England for 2 and a half weeks , I am so excited , I have no worrys about that seatbelt fitting across my belly, I am not worried about walking the bottoms off my shoes looking at all the sights.. Our last trip over there was Aug 2006 and I have since that point lost another 50 pounds .   Love and luck to you all and if you are a pre oper --- keeping fighting 4 this surgery , if you are a old timer like me remember where you came from. Happy July 4th --- I am happy about sleeping in tomorrow morning. Allison  AKA: Pugs Momma ( and yes the Pug will be well cared for while I am away, I have a full time dog sitter coming to my house to take care of my fur kids ) ...

Wow.. England.  That sounds exciting.  We are at Myrtle Beach now.. coming home tomorrow.  Dean and I are going to Williamsburg in August WITHOUT our kids.  That will be nice!!  :)   Enjoy your vacay!

Allison, you have done so well with your weight loss!  Now you can enjoy your vacation so much more because you don't have to deal with those issues you mentioned!  I hope I am as successful as you have been! Have a wonderful trip!

Vacation?  what's that?  LOL  I think I am on my vacation right now.  I have this week off. Sounds like you guys know how to do it up, however!  Keep inspiring me!  And have a ball!  Like you I am very grateful for this surgery and where it has brought me so far!

Allison, You go and have a blast. Maybe one day I can talk the cowboy into leaving the USA and traveling abroad. I dont think we could cross the pond on horseback LOL                               Having a good pet sitter is such a comfort knowing our babies are ok.                                    Annie

Just got back from Myrtle Beach. Le Grand Cirque was wonderful. I swam and walked the whole time.  We drove North up 17 than 211 and came across Southport Ferry to Fort Fisher ( This is tradition and I LOVE the FERRY) We visited the Fort Fisher Aquarium. We went to Wilmington and let my daughter look at all the changes on UNCW's campus. She graduated about 3 years ago. Had lunch and drove home by way of 74. That was a long last day. I hope you have a wonderful and safe holiday.  Don't forget the camera.....I love photos.

I thought about you beach bunnies but did not know for sure I was doing the Ferry Run. We could have meet a the aquarium or anywhere since I was very mobile. Sorry Mare I would have really love to meet that gorgous smileing face  which I have grown found of. If we have a ashboro zoo meet in Sept. or which ever the chosen month is ......do you plan to come? Myrtis

I start my vacation on my Birthday the 9th but won't be going anywhere.  Can't get the husband  interested in doing anything with me unless it is dinner or sleeping.  Off course he gets made becuase I hate to cook now.  And I informed him I was going somewhere even if it is in a tent out to the cape.  He thinks he'll come home all those days with dinner waiting.  Other than paying bills he is mostly a A.... and not much for company.
