The scales are stuck!

I think this happens to all of us.
What Andrea and others have said our bodies are fighting back and holding onto all the fat they can.
I did read in a Prevention Magazine that if the scales arent moving they said to increase or do something different with your work out.
I recommend if you use a treadmill to increase the incline.
I have been doing things like that but only weigh myself every two weeks and sometimes once a month.
