Don't know if anyone else snagged this from the MB, but I thought I'd share for anyone who might have missed it. This is a great read.. very dry and scientific.. but def. worth spending the time with a highlighter on.  I plan on printing off a copy for my PCP for her own info, and keeping a copy in my WLS binder. http://download.journals.elsevierhealth.com/pdfs/journals/15 50-7289/PIIS1550728908001639.pdf
