WOW moments!
Pam, You are doing excellent, my friend. I am stoked also. I finally got the scale to move again and dropped 3 lbs in the past 2 daze. And quess what! I am at 259 lbs! WHoo Hoo! I've been struggling to get out of the 260's. Been there far too long. That's the lowest weight I've been in well over 10 years. I may gripe and moan and get discouraged sometimes but IT IS WORKING and I feel phenomenal. Keep up the good work. I'll be rooting for ya to hot your goal by your anniversary. xoxo Mare
Pam,
Congratulations!!!! You have done an absolutely amazing job and it's showing in so many ways. Not just in the number of pounds lost or sizes down, but in the improvements in your quality of life and your recognition of changes you need to continue to work on to enable you to maximize this incredible opportunity you have given yourself to get your life back. I'm so proud of you.
I know that you have have a specific number in mind for your 1 year anniversary, but I'd like to suggest that you go to www.thinnerself.com and plug in your numbers there and see if/how practical that is from where you are now. It very well may be and if it is, it will give the motivation to get 'er done, as my nephew would say. If it isn't quite within in the realm of likelyhood, you will know that too ... and just about how much longer it might take for you to get there ... I guess what I'm saying is that while it's all about numbers, it's just a number and you will get there ... If the stars and the moon and the scales all line up on the same day, well ... we'll have to see. Whenever you get there, I'm looking forward to hearing you shout it from the rooftops.
Again, warmest congratulations on a job well done. Keep up the good work.
