Well, I don't know were the time went. It's been a amazing ride in just 6 months. Saw Jodi the nutrientist on Wednesday and she said I have been doing everything right. Just keep on taking all protein and vit. Then yesterday I  saw Dr. Kuwada.  When I went in to get my vitals taken, they had to find a small cuff to take my blood pressure. Two "WOW moments. Small cuff and they said, "You are sooo petite". I haven't heard that in years. When Dr. K came in, He was so suprised and gave he a hug.He said, he wouldn't of known me on the street if it wasn't for my laugh. Then quickly he said, " In a good way". Dr. K want's me to loose another 15 lbs. Between 110-120.  Maybe a buffer zone? My blood pressure was up some. Want to keep a check on that. "Maybe excitment caused it. I do go see my  Reg. Dr. on July 8th will re-check it then. I'm just so Happy and Thank God I have been blessed to have this experience at this time in my life. Reenie

Hi Rennie, A small BP cuff woohoo that is wonderful and then to be called petit now that a wonderful word to hear. Dont know if you are doing any excersie but for me personally it has helped my BP better than any meds I have taken. Last reading was 112/55 I will have my BP taken again on Monday at my pre op visit for yet another eye proceedure so for the first time ever I am looking forward to seeing what the numbers say on Monday. BTW this should be my last eye proceedure.                                                            Annie

Thanks Annie, It was nice to hear those words. I do excercise, I haven't had it high since my WLS in Dec. Everything was normal and off all my medicine. I will see what my PCP says in two weeks. Good Luck on your appt. Monday. Reenie
