It's a BOY!
I am over 3 months post surgery and scrambled eggs are still not my friend and i am to the point, i don't even like the thought of one. I am able to eat a boiled or fried egg white which is healthier anyway as no cholesterol and 3.6 g of protein. When i travel and have to eat breakfast out, that is normally what I get. Good luck, Pam p.s. Wendy's chili is one of my favs and what i eat at least a few times a week. (it helps that there is one on the corner where i live..lol)
As Ellen said, it's a trial and error process. I am able to eat ANYTHING now and really have been since I was 6 months out. I was able to eat most things by 3 months, I just didn't try the things that were on my "Not until 6 months list" until I got there. I found eggs somewhat problematic early on, but it got better with time. Unlike others, I couldn't tolerate the egg whites or deviled eggs for quite a while. They just seemed to 'stick.' Now, I don't have any problem with them.
Go easy and eventually try them again, you'll find that your pouch really changes week to week ... especially in the first 6 weeks and up to the first 3 months.
I promise, it will get better ... much better.
