OT ... Can I get your opinion?

I like funky and I like tailored ... The wedding will be tailored, so I think I'll wear the brown and then switch to the funky eggplant dress when I 'let my hair down.'

 

Thanks Annie ... I really like funky too, but the wedding is more tailored, so I've decided to split the different and wear the tailored brown suit to the wedding and switch into the funky plum one when I 'let my hair down' at the reception.

Barb, I looked at the pictures before I read everyone else's responses because I didn't want my opinion to be swayed.  My first opinion was that the brown one looks more formal wedding-like and the eggplant looks more fun (like going dancing).  So...I was thrilled to see that you're thinking of wearing the brown for the ceremony and the eggplant for the reception.  That's the perfect compromise! Oh, and your daughter-in-law to be is right...you do always look classy!

first of all let me say you look FANTASTIC in both. ok heres my opinion.  i like the brown one for the wedding and change into the eggplant one for the reception i think that would be soooo kewl :)
