The best I've tried is Lean Dessert Protein and Syntha 6 protein from bariatriceating.com.  It mixes great with water or water and ice, low sugar - wonderful!!!  I am having a colonoscopy this morning so I have not had protein for the last 2 days - I can not WAIT to get home and have a protein shake!!!!  Now that speaks volumes for the flavor.

I have a new philosophy, I'm only going to dread one day at a time.  Charlie Brown

Protein taste preferences vary wildly!   And my own taste preferences vary, too.  I might crave  something sweet -- one of the dessert proteins -- or something fruity with oodles of crushed ice.  Sometimes I just need to supplement what I'm eating with a little protein.  Or use it as the base for a smoothie of some sort. The best thing I ever did was to order the protein sampler package from bariatriceating.com.  There were at least 20 different types of protein powders and concentrates, and I loved having the smorgasbord at my fingertips!  Now I have built up a stash of various types of protein to fit my every mood.   I keep an array of single-serving packets at my office, too.
