What do you do?
Drink, drink, drink ... make sure you're getting in your protein however you can do it, and fluid. If you can't get in fluids, then you need to call the doc. We dehydrate quickly. Try some clear protein drinks if you can and just see if that will settle things.

I had a hankerin' for meatballs and sauce for dinner. Made them this morning and simmered 'em all day. Mmmmmm...smelled FABULOUS in here. YUM! YUM! YUM! Right?
Nope - Sat down to eat 2 w/ mozzarella cheese for dinner and thought I'd hurl. 2 teeny weeny bites. Only took the second bite 'cuz I couldn't believe the reaction I got from the first!!
4+ months out...I still have my daze.
