Saturday June 21rst - Band Picnic

Wanted to share w/ you that the Charlotte area lap-band group is having it's monthly support group this Saturday @ James Dorton Park. The shelter is reserved from 10 -2. Please bring a dish to share. There will be BBQ and hot dogs so please bring $2.00 per person to help cover that cost.  It's a family event so feel free to bring your families, friends, loved ones, or come alone. It's a great time to meet new friends.
