Hey Cat: I am 4 months post, down 73 lbs and still see the old me in the mirror. I have gone down 4 sizes and feel more energy but think it just takes our brain time to catch up with our bodies. Even when trying on clothes, I always go to bigger sizes first. I have been told that this to shall pass. Keep up the awesome job!! Pam
