Where to find chewable Calcium Citrate

Hi all--getting ready for surgery next week (YEA!!), and I've been looking for the Chewable Calcium Citrate (need 1200/day), but have been unsuccessful in finding it. I haven't been back to GNC to look, but has anyone found it at any drug store? I was hoping to find it at Trader Joes, but no such luck. Thanks--Jennifer

I reccomend Bariatric Advantage - its the easiest and cheapest based on what Ive seen - you can get it online or if you are in Charlotte Southeast Bariatrics sells it there. You can find chewable CC at Rite Aid, Wal Mart etc but I found its more expensive and you have to take a lot - the BA is only 3 chewables 3 times a day for the 1200mg.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

the cherry is good the cinnamon is spicey the mint is chalky (yuuuck!) the chocolate.. its well, chocolately. I am not a big chocolate fan so I didnt care for. Cherry is my fav and cinnamon my 2nd fav.

I buy mine from Simply Good Foods in Salisbury. It recomends 2 a day and is blueberry in flavor. I may start taking 3 a day since I read Jenneifers post. These are very good. I also get the ones from Bariatric Advantage. I like to mix falvors and these are a little different from my bluberry ones. I get the cherry and the cinnamon ones from there. The ones I get that are blueberry also has D added. The Blueberry ones are $11.98 for 60. Myrtis

The RiteAid I went in earlier today had the citrical creamy bites. I was surprised, but there they were. Alot of people liked these and are unavailable in alot of areas.
