I never knew...

I never knew nutrition could be so much fun!  Went for my nutrition consult tonight.  7 of the 8 ladies in our initial Southern Surgical consult were there.  It was like old home week.  It was so good to see everyone.  I got voted "Most Chatty" -   Can't for the life of me figure out why   lol. HA DONNA!!!! you are such a hoot im tellin ya. It was so nice seeing you again. im still trying to figure out how to incorporate my bacon grease into my adkins diet- whenver i go on it. GOD i look like my mom in that pic. i still cant believe how much we are really going to have to change. that class was a real eye opener for me. its too bad your cardio visit isnt the same day as mine, i can see us now..on the treadmill.. with richard simmons in the background  "SWEATIN TO THE OLDIES " i cant wait to catch up with you again  ---Melissa

LMAO- That thing with the bacon grease was just toooooo funny.  It was so good to see you too.  Hopefully we'll see each other when the Greenville Meetup gets going.   I don't look like my mom, I just look F-A-T!  lol  Geez I can't wait to start losing!!! (actually I do favor my mom a lot ...)

Thanks for sharing the pics, it's always nice to see new pics of everyone!  When is the next consult?  Dr MacDonald was my sureon (almost 6 years ago) and I've never actually been to a consult...  Maybe I should call the office... lol!  But I'd like to go meet ya'll and learn something.  I can't go to the Greenville meet this time but maybe next time.
