I'm trying not to panic, but....

Lorie Anne,
Check my response to Rhonda ... it will apply to you too. I know it's frustrating. When I was about 7 or 8 weeks out I had a meltdown because I couldn't believe I'd done this to myself, for this type of outcome. I think that you'll have to agree that a year later, the outcome is worth the sacrifice for me and will be for you too. I know it's hard right now, but keep with the program and have faith, this too shall pass and the weight will come off.
Hugs,
Barb

(((((Rhonda))))),
Check my profile. I'll bet you'll see at least half a dozen "I hope this is not the end of the road..." posts. As Andrea said, your body is taking a necessary breather in this marathon it is begrudingly running. It's trying desperately to save you from the percieved danger of famine ... LOL, but seriously, just keep doing the things you know you need to do. Be sure you are eating the right things; protien first, plenty of fluids, not too many carbs, add a little exercise if you aren't doing any right now ... just a little may be enough to jump start your body. Also, remember that when it's holding on to those pounds, often the tape measure will give up inches. Another thing that I did that really helped me was to use www.thinnerself.com. I would track my weight loss on that and find that I was actually doing okay in 'the scheme of things." It gives you some 'big picture' perspective, using data from others that match your demographics. I'll bet you are doing better than you think you are, even if the scale is stuck.
Hang in there, it will get moving again.
