surgery tomorrow

I can't believe my surgery date is here so quickly. . Wish me luck tomorrow. I enjoy coming to the NC board and keeping up with y'all. Some of you appear to live rather close and I hope to be able to make some of the Charlotte area get togethers.  It seems that the majority of you are  RNYers and I have chosen the "Realize" band. But I don't feel intimidated by that LOL.... the band just seemed to fit my psyche better.  I do understand that it is going to take work on my part..and that it will be slower than RNY..  Am more nervous about giving up food than the surgery itself... I hope that will prove to be a non-issue.. .. am so ready to tame the hunger beast that lives inside me..   Will be back in touch soon     Pat

good luck :) i understand your fear of not having certain foods. i think everyone has gone thru that. please post when you are able... i'd love to hear about the whole process for you.
