feelings hurt

I am so sorry that you had this experience with an insensitive clod.   You can tell who are the people that have not had wt loss issues as they think it is so easy.   I had a few friends and family members who were worried about the surgery and side affects but mostly I had love and support.   I work with some of the most awesome people and feel blessed when i hear these kind of stories and realize what asses are out there.   I second everything those before have said! thanks so much for your kind words and support. it means so much. I work for a repo company. i am the ofc manager. my boss owns it. (no HR--im it) theres just me and another girl in the office. its very small . this man is almost 70 years ago so im gonna chalk it up to the OLDITUS syndrome. she called me again to apologize. ( shes been a family friend for 20 years so i know that wasnt any bad intentions when she told her hubby). she said he has asked why i had so many dr appts lately and she told him so he wouldnt worry. ( this is what she said) just another day in the life of an overweight person. thanks again

I'm glad that you talked with your boss again and I hope that you shared with her that you don't want her or her husband to discuss your personal medical information again, with anyone. It's personal and private and needs to stay that way. Maybe she can muzzle him.

I am not legally allowed to use the words I want to use here but I would tell that $^%&#*(@ to go get $%^&*# give him my phone number Id LOVE to talk to him and tell him how he made you feel, how would he like it if we talked about his secret orders of rogaine and viagra for that matter? your posting made me mad, mad because that was very rude of him and its none of his damn business!!! you have a right to be healthy just like ANY OTHER human on the planet. Again Im sorry you had to deal with that.
