Watermelon???
When choosing fruits you want to eat mainly low glycemic index fruits, then mid glycemic index fruits in moderation and high glycemic index fruits 'as a treat'. Thats pretty much a good rule of thumb to follow. You can google about glycemic indexes to find out about your favorite fruits or pick up books at the library/local bookstore.
I personally love and ea****ermelon weekly, I am not a dumper.

Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!

Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
