Bruises

This may have already been discussed, if so I missed it.  Does anyone feel like since there WLS that they tend to bruise more easily?  This may be something that goes along with it but I have not heard anything about it.  Seems like I have bruises pop up all the time.  Thanks for the input.

While I did notice that bruised more easily immediately after surgery, I must say that I think was due to the blood thinners I was on during and post surgery. I haven't noticed an issue with it since then. Please call your Dr. and talk to them about it. I'd be interested to hear if you might be anemic or something...

I'm like Barb and only had them with the blood thinners...otherwise i bruise as normally as i did before. Call your doc and make sure everything in ok. Take care, Pam

Hey there.. I bruised for a few months after sugery.  However, in the past month or so that has changed.  If all of your bloodwork is okay I wold not worry too much.  I had spoken to my surgeon about it and he was not worried it was a huge concern.  :)   Great job on the weight loss!!!
