First I want to tell Alice and Darcie you are both in my thoughts. It is never an easy thing to loose a family member. On a bright side the scales moved down. I am really working hard to loose each and every pound. Also I was told today that my friend Martha had passed away. Martha was a animal lover and a caring nurse. Martha has three birds one is a female african grey and Martha told me what her wishes were in case. So new animal project has started. I worked today and made it a point to come home and do another 30 on the treamill. I belive by splitting up my workout it keeps me charged all day.                                     Annie

Glad to hear the scales are moving again.  You are working hard and it is coming off.   What is the new animal project?    I have been swimming about an hour a day to get my scale moving too.  You have given me a lot of encouragement my friend! Take care, pam

Hi Pam, That is great about you swimming for an hour. The new animal project is my friend has 3 birds and one is an african grey she had told me what her wishes were before she died. So I have to make sure the birds are going to the parrot rescue she wanted them to go. I talked to Lee about taking the african grey he said we will do what it takes to help. On the logical side Zenny Bird wants to be top bird here and I dont want to stress the grey anymore than what she will be going through anyway.                      Annie

Yep...that could be hard on both Zenny and the grey.   How do the dogs like the birds? Take care, Pam

Annie,  I'm sorry about your Friend Martha, boy it's been a hard couple weeks for all of us it seems!  I'm glad the scales are moving again and I know it's hard work, but you're in inspiration to us all!  Keep up the great work girl!   Sheryl

Annie,

I'm sorry to hear of your loss and know that you will do what it takes to ensure that your friend's wishes and her beloved birds are cared for in the manner she wished.

On a brighter note, congratulations on your continued success. You truly are an inspiration.

Hi Annie,

Yes, we are home and while it's hotter than Haiti here, it's good to be home.

Enjoy your lettuce wraps.
