I'm game depending on when-- of course would need to plan since the Zoo is about 3 hours from here... Would even consider carpooling with some eastern NCers... :) Late July/Early August works best for me-- although it will be HOT.

We could do something like a protein tasting during it.. I know we always have people interested in diff. proteins.. Each person could bring some they use and some dixie cups and we just do small tastes. Just an idea.

I would love to go to the zoo, providing the timing is right. Polar Bears and OH family all in one day! What could be better?

Sounds like a great idea to me, I've been wanting to go anyway! I hope it's on one of my weekends off!!!! I haven't been to a zoo since I left San Diego and I miss it!

That sounds wonderful!!! Would you concider late Sept, when it's not so hot!! I've been to that zoo and it's A LOT of walking and a lot of it is up and down hills. Just a thought!! I think the more notice we have the better. Hopefully we can get a bunch of people to go. We might even get a group discount! Andrea
