Plastic Surgeon Follow Up

I visited the plastic surgeon today and got educated on that...Dr Broc Pratt with Metrolina Plastic Surgery.  I'm basically interested in tummy tuck, butt lift, upper arms and breast augmentation.  His suggestion was a lower body lift.  That would fix the inner thighs, lift the butt and make it more curvy and provide the tummy tuck in one swoop.  He said I had very little to work with and was very complimentary of my shape...I have a small waist and the hips are still there.  Just with him lifting the skin, you could tell a dramatic difference.  He said he could give me a "washboard stomach"  and I would look as though I were 20 and never had children!

Now for the cost....basically $20K but $5k is for the hospital.  Yes it is an outpatient procedure and they typically do this on site at their office.  However since I don't do well with anthesia and my blood pressure bottoms out-he said he would feel more comfortable in a hospital setting!  Me too.  I saw where someone paid $8700 tummy tuck.  So to have my thighs lifted, butt lifted and my tummy fixed $15k isn't bad....do you think???

Upper arms and breast augumentation will follow when money permits.  i can live with my upper arms and my breast have went from a DD to a B but proportion wise I'm okay for now...

I went for a consult and a circumfrencial TT required an overnight stay (Im assuming thats what youd be having since that is a TT and a butt lift together).... so did a thigh lift - I was told this by two seperate plastic surgeons - just something to double check into. Also the hospital I was going to charged 5K for an overnight stay, not just an outpatient procedure. The quote I got for a circumfrencial TT and thigh lift was around the same price as yours. The one plastic surgeon I was most interested in would not do either procedure at his outpatient center (not sure about the other) - only would do them in the hospital due to how major they were. Arms and breasts however were outpatient procedures and could be done onsite.

A lower body lift does address outer thighs, tummy and butt. The lower body lift does have a small effect on inner thighs. Bad inner thighs usually require an inner thigh lift.   I had an anchor cut TT with extension of the hortizontal incision around each hip. I paid 9,241. Someone I work with had the same procedure with the same PS and paid about 2000-2500 more because she had to have it at the hospital secondary to having sleep apnea.. I do beleive my PS requires LBL to be done at the hospital because it is such an extensive surgery. Belinda
