Here I am at a little after 9am and I have already walked the babies and did 30 minutes on the treadmill. I am feeling great and will do 30 more on the treadmill this afternoon and 15 on the ET. I have stalled for about a month but yesterday the scale moved 1lbs. Trust me I am working my tail off everyday.                                                          Annie

I SO admire you for your tenacity with those exercise machines!  I am still fighting the need to get on that treadmill.  But exercise DOES work!  I am losing, slowly but surely!

That is great the scale is moving again.   i do really well for a few weeks with the scale moving 4 lbs a week and then i hit the brick wall for a few weeks before it starts moving again.  I do need to start exercising and since the pool water is starting to warm up, i will get in for 30 min a day (starting tomorrow).    Flew to Nashville yesterday and back today and i think that poops me out more than going into the office. You keep up your exercise program and you will get to your goal! Pam

I really need to kick the exercise up a notch especially while i am in the honeymoon stage.   It really is hard to eat out while traveling.  I flew to Nashville yesterday and back today.   I had egg whites for breakfast.  This afternoon i had a burger at the airport and ate about a 1/4 of the meat with no bun and the pickle but no bun or french fries.   The waitress kept asking if everything is ok.  Told her that is all i can eat and then had to explain as she looks at the fat girl and figures i should scarf it down..lmao.   It is much cheaper and less wasteful to go out and eat with my husband.    Wish you could swim with me too....you would kick my butt!! As far as eatting and traveling sounds like you made good choices. I always try to fill my pouch first with protien I am always thinking protien protien. As far excersie goes there is nothing easy about it. I have made a few changes and what I am doing now is doing my regular doggie walk early in the morning then do 30 on the treadmill. Then I eat . In the afternoons I am doing another 30 minutes on the bike or treadmill and fitting in the ET for a few minutes. My mind is telling me I have to keep my metabolism charged through the day not just the morning so by breaking it up helps me keep the fire burning. As far as swimming goes Anniep59>>>>>>>>>>>>>enjoys floating around.                                             Annie
