It's been a sad few days

Hang in there, girlie!  I'm sure you will not be totally without a job, especially with your credentials and experience.  You will be in my prayers, and know that God will guide you through this! (((HUGS)))

You are in my prayers.. I teach high school and positions are being eliminated here as well.  However, EC is an area where most schools usually have openings.  Take heart and keep your head up.  :) Things will work out!

The best advice I can give you is to attend a support group meeting. Meet people in person who have had the surgeries. Hearing about them online is one thing.. seeing people in person is another. The support group for June was tonight. If you'd like to talk to someone about it face to face.. or over the phone - by all means, message me and I will give you my number. I know it's a big decision to make. When I went to see Dr. B for the first time, I was unsure too. He seemed a bit put off because I didn't have my mind made up.. but it was because I wanted more info straight from the doctor himself. I think I made a very informed decision. I do often wonder if I should have gone with DS, but I felt that Dr. B was the best around and I trusted him 110% with my life. I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else and Dr. B doesn't do DS. And I quit my job in December in the middle of waiting for my approval to go ahead with surgery since my thyroid levels were off.. I had to take Cobra for a couple months, but it was well worth it in order to get surgery covered. I hope things get better for you!! And I hope you are able to make a decision for yourself soon.
