A week from today!!!

Well I am really in the count down mode now. I will be having surgery a week from today. I am not real nervous yet. I am just tired as all get out. I am training someone to fill in for my job and trying to get the odds and ends done here at work before I go out on medical leave on next thursday and that does not include getting everything ready at home. I also go to college two nights a week and my first test in there is next Tuesday. I will be so busy and before I know it , Thursday night will be here and that is when I will be looking like this . But I know this is the best thing for me and having a start to a new life. I can't wait to attend the meeting at Southern Surgical on wednesday night  and say to Dr. MacDonald I will see you in two days. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers. Angela

YAY Angela!!!!!!! I'm so excited for you. It is FINALLY happening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  PM me your last name so I can find out what room you are in. You and James might be walking the halls together!!!!!!!! I am sure you will be on the same floor at least!  I hope we can make it Wednesday night to the meeting, but with James going in the next day and family coming into town I'm not sure yet. We are going to try to though!!! If I don't talk to you BEFORE (I know I will AFTER) good luck with everything!!!!!!! You are about to be on the loser's bench! I think we need a section of BLEACHERS we are getting so many people on the bench. Come one, come all-- the more the merrier! Good luck and I'll be praying for you!!!!!!! Congratulations Angela,  I know you are nervous and excited all at the same time.  I am a little over two weeks out and I am adjusting to the change but it has been well worth it.  Good luck on this journey. Lisa

I know you are excited about your upcoming surgery.  Rest.. stay calm and know that you are making a great change!  I would not give anything for my RNY.  It has changed my life.  :)  Good luck and keep us posted!!
