Going for 45 minutes today
Today I am going to try to do 45 minutes on the treadmill.
I am up to 30 and it has gotten much easier for me.
I am working on increasing my speed but taking that slowly.
Balance was a issue for me bf surgery so I am having to learn to be comfortable walking ect..
Also today Connie and Cole are coming over and we are going out for lettuce wraps.
I bought a beutiful dragon statue for Cole a few weeks ago and I cant wait to give it to him.
Cole loves dragons and when I saw this dragon I knew I had to get it for him.
If I can locate my camera I will get some pics of him with the dragon.

Annie.....
I always love hearing your stories. Good job on the treadmill.....45 is really rockin! Pretty soon that 45 will be a walk in the park! I went to my first exercise class since I was 19 and made it! It was something called Zamba and it was exercise/dance moves to spanish music. I was really lost and I'm sure they sang about an eggroll at one point, but I made it! She said after 3 classes I should get the moves down and wont be so lost.....we'll see......I have a week to recouperate-while thinking what could rhyme with eggroll.
Nancy

Nancy, was it Zumba? at Onslow?? Oh, if so I am so excited! I asked them about this when I first joined and she wrote it down but said she hadn't heard of it. I've heard it is AWESOME!! I need to get a current schedule! When do you go??

thanks so much Annie. You're too sweet. I'm hoping to be at my goal weight by the time my husband gets home from this deployment. The look on his face would be priceless. LOL!
