Surgery tomorrow for colon cancer...

Hi friends, it's been a busy few weeks and I have not been on OH much but just wanted to say Hi and let you know that I'll be having my surgery tomorrow for the colon cancer.  I will be in the hospital 3-5 days and I've asked my daughter, Marenda to post an update tomorrow night.   The prep for the surgery was much easier...  2 ducolax at 10 am followed by a 64 oz bottle of gatorade with a big bottle of miralax which took about 4 hours to drink and then 2 more ducolax.  I got the strawberry/kiwi gatorade and it sure was a lot better than that GoLightly that I had to do for the colonoscopy.  Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.  Hopefully, I'll be home this weekend.   Take care, Alice
