2 week update!!
You are doing great. I also didn't like cottage cheese but figured what the heck and guess what..i am 3 months post and still eat it for lunch as it is easy and i actually like it now. I also got shaved turkey deli meat but had to remember to chew really well. I had a hard time getting in more than 600 calories a day as you could only eat so much at one sitting and I just ate because i had to. Glad i was able to do the liquid proteins and still do Carnation Instant Breakfast as ez.
