OT ... 50 degrees and Smiling
Hi Suzanne,
It went about 36 hours or so this time, but it looks like the kidney stone is going to let me rest easier tonight. Thanks for the concern and well wishes.
Warmly,
Barb

Hi Mare,
When Sarah was little, I spent hours with doing physical therapy to give her the range of motion that she had going into surgery. After I shattered my left fibula and sheared of the ankle joint form the tibia in a car accident about 7 years ago, I think that they PT was nearly as difficult as the immediate post op recovery, but the next time you see me, I'll be I'll be sporting a pair of high heeled sandals and you'd never know that my leg is full of titanium. So sI really know and appreciate the importance of PT. Sarah and I talked about and I told her that if she couldn't commit to the PT it wasn't worth doing the surgery. She's agreed and has been a reall trooper.
I was thinking about it the other day. Not only am I doing better physcially after my RNY weight loss, but so is Sarah. She's dropped quite of bit of weight while gaining several inches in height this year. I think that having her weight in a 'normal' range will ease her recovery. Just one more thing for which to be grateful.
Thanks again for the support, understanding and friendship.
Warmly,
Barb
