Matthews is really South East Charlotte and the places they are talking about for the most part are on Independence BLVD. My vote is for Ruby Tuesdays as they ahave great turkey burger and salad bar

Yeah... the turkey burger has made many a "top worst resturant foods" list that I have come across online for that reason... you think turkey is healthy but they do not use lean turkey.... while it is the lowest fat of all their burgers (according to their website) its still loaded. My BF and I had gone and thats what I ordered but didnt eat it... we got home and he took a bite and was raving how wonderful it was... I took a bite and immediately knew something was 'wrong' I went online and looked it up and couldnt believe it. They also do not list sodium content which I would guess is off the chart as well since its 'leaner' than the other meats they use. Turkey Burger Calories - 812 Fat - 45g

They also have mini turkey burgers on wheat roll and that is what I eat. I would need a weekend and afriend to eat an entire fullsize burger there OMG that would kill me. It is hard to even eat a mini one for me right now I am still only 3 months out from surgery

It is the minis I am talking about... check out the website.  Jennifer K. posted a while back about how much fat and how many caloires they had.  They are more fattening than the regular mini burgers.  :)
