What the heck is this???
I had this same thing happen twice. The first time I had dry chicken from Outback, and I know I did not chew it well enough. The second time it was a slice of ham, I ate too fast and didn't chew well enough. Hopefully I will have learned my lesson before long!!!

OH NO!!! The foamies will kill ya! Between the RNY and gall bladder issues I have had them too many times.
A word of advice.. no matter HOW BAD you feel after you eat.. DONT LAY DOWN. That always makes me feel 100 times worse. :) I have been told to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes after you eat to lay down. I usually recline in the recliner if I feel to bad so I am still in a semi upright position.
