Down 230 pounds in 9 months

Since August 13,2007.I have gone from 598 to 368 and still losing.Have gone back to dating again and having alot of fun.My work started investing in me and finally my life have changed for the good.After all I have been thru,it has finally paid off and I can say I'm happy now for the first time in my life.

That is awesome John!!   Glad to hear your life is back on track.  You will reach your goal in no time.   I will say I am a little jealous as men seem to lose wt so much faster than women...and you are probably also a lot young than this old lady!!   Keep up the great work!! Take care, Pam

Good for you John, what incredible results you've had!  Isn't it amazing how it transfers over to every aspect of you life too?  As if your physical health isn't enough of a reward, you're also seeing improvements in your personal life and career.  Congrats!
