My 4 month check up!
I really FOLLOW the rules of lapband! No drinking with meals, low carb, EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE!!! Believe me, I'm far from perfect when it come to eating, but if I eat the wrong things, I get right back on track the next meal. I have dieted soooo much in the past losing large amounts of weight, but I've always had a little voice in my head say, "I'm just going to put it all back on again" But this time is different!! I know I will never ever see those pounds ever again!!! THANK GOD!!! Thanks to GOD this has been the perfect tool for me! I love eating less and feeling somewhat normal again! No one can take that away from me, but me! BE BLESSED!!
