Hey Mindy: Just looked at your pics and you are doing awesome. Congrats to your husband for making this life changing decision. You are right, men lose so much faster. I am menopausal so that doesn't help either but i keep trucking on. I go to my PCP today for my thyroid test results and will know if we have to increase. I will lose 3 to 4 lbs a week for weeks and then hit a roadblock. I am grateful for the 64 I have lost so far. Can't wait to see onederland!! Take care and keep up the great work. I will say a prayer for your husband and keep us updated after his surgery. Pam
