Looking foe fellow-Lab Banders in Cary-Raleigh Area

Hi, My Lap Band surgery was on April 21st, 2008 and I am looking for other people in Raleigh-Cary, NC area to meet.  Are there any groups or meetings aside from the 3, 6 weeks post-op in Duke? Anyone?

Congrats on your surgery!  Hope everything is going well for you.  I work in Raleigh but live in Clayton so not too far from ya!  Let me know if you need anything, I would be happy to share my experience! 

Hi, Thank you! I am very excited to be at that point of my life! I've stopped loosing weight for a week now, but inches - I am loosing.  People are noticing it now and I've seen it on my clothes too.  Worried about weight though... Anyway, my first fill just has been schedule on June 9th and i am so happy! Do you know about any group meetings in our area? Thank you again, Elena
