RUN....do not walk.....I repeat.....RUN....to your local WalMart and get you some of these: True North 100%natural Almond Crisps (also pistachio crisps) 1 oz./15 crisps serving 140 cal 5 g protein 14g carbs 2g fiber A few of these with chicken/tuna/egg salad is divine!  And 15 is a BIG serving, so you could probably have a lot less and cut down on the carbs and calories....This is one of the first cracker alternatives I have seen that tastes yummy!

Do you know how many g of fat?   I try to watch that also.   And where are they at...with the crackers?   Thanks for the suggestion..always looking for something new.  Bread doesn't set well with me so i like crackers. Thanks Pam

Yes, these called out to me from the shelf...  but I resisted on the grounds of the fat, cals. and carbs.  I also don't want to get caught up in a snacking mentality.  But I may surrender to the temptation since you say that 15 is a BIG serving...  I do love salty crunch!

Hey Lisa..   Are they on the cracker isle or the nut isle?  I am on a rice cake and peanut butter trip now.. but that sounds like it would be good with my homemade pimento cheese or chicken salad.  :)

I shred 1 block of extra sharp cheddar cheese, 1 block of mild cheddar cheese and mix lightly in a bowl with my hand. Then I add Dukes Mayo to it.. just enough to make it moist.  I dont like runny pimento cheese. Then I add a jar of diced pimentos drained..  salt and pepper to taste.   No real recipe.. just throwing stuff together.

They're where the soft drinks, popcorn, rice cakes, trail mix, nuts and jerky are....second aisle from the back at the W'boro Wally World!  I also spied them tonight at Target....in Matthews...had to take Caroline to the doctor...stomach virus...eck!
