Rahsheeda,      You look adorable!! Yes, your face I can see but the rest too. I've noticed that I seem to be losing from the top down. LOL My face and shoulders are the first place I noticed a change. I hope my ass starts shrinking soon. Geesh!! xoxo Mare

Thank you Mare.  I have noticed my butt has definately shrunk... And I was hoping that would be the last thing to go... I dont know why it couldnt start with the stomach first. LOL

Lookin' good Rahsheeda!  I can definitely see it in your face!  Are you taking measurements?  Sometimes that can be the visual proof you need to see that this is working.  Plus, when you hit a stall with the scale (which almost always happens), the measurements can keep improving, which really helps in those times too.  I'd recommend getting a tape measure and keeping track of those changes along with the pictures. Congrats on the success so far!
