Congratulations!!!! I remember how incredibly exciting that was. I know that three weeks may seem like a long time, but it will pass in a flash.
Try to exercise. If you don't now, just start walking 10 mins a day and increase it a bit everyday or two ... if you do, be sure to keep it up. Be sure to keep yourself well hydrated. If you haven't done so already, you might consider looking at the various sites you can use to log your activity and intake. It will really help you as you progress through your journey ... you can look at a variety of sites, like fitday.com, sparkpeople.com and my favorite is mydailyplate.com.
