Thanks, Belinda!  I am doing about a mile and a half a day at a good clip and last night I bought some of those rubber tubes to do muscle toning with.  Gotta raise that RMR!

Thanks Lisa!  I went such a LONG time without losing a pound!  Sure was glad to see that scale move again, even if only a little! I think the general consensus is that I need some better fitting jeans!  LOL
