Everything went very well no problem. On my way to take a nap. I did all my workout before Becky came to get me this morning. All the stress with mother and having to do more eye stuff is catching up with me. Thank you all for keeping me in your prayers. I did have a wonderful wow moment at the doctors office my BP was 116/72 this is with no medication. I was thrilled beyond belief. Annie

That is awesome Annie!!

Gotta know that your rigorous exercise program is a big help with blood pressure also. Can't wait until i am off BP meds and the sooner the better. Take care , Pam
