Good Afternoon Everyone, Ok~ So for two days now I have been a little dizzy and feeling light headed, this all started yesterday, and has continued thru today.  At first I thought maybe I just bent over and stood up to fast but NO that wasn't it.  Today I was on the treadmill and got light headed and I was only in to it for about 5 minutes when I thought I  had better stop.   I took a shower and got a little dizzy and this time there was little black spots floating around, and I'm a little shaky.  I think I'm doing everything right taking my vitamins, protein, liquids, eating, I don't know if I'm missing anything so I thought I'd come here and ask if anyone else has ever expereienced anything like this and has any suggestions  for me before I panic and call the Dr. Thanks So Much!

Don't panic, but DO call your Dr.  There are many things it could be....something easy as not enough protein, water, or lack of sleep, to a middle ear infection, to maybe blood pressure or sugar.......don't mess around waiting for another day.....just call them.  It's better to find out now, than wonder till it acts up again.  Keep us posted! Call the doc.  But in the meantime, increase your fluid intake some.  Sometimes that's all it takes, and it can't hurt.  And make sure to let us know the outcome!

By all means, call your doctor, that's what you paid him for.  In the meantime, increase your water intake.  Cut out any liquids you are drinking that act as diuretics, like coffee or tea, or at the very least limit them.  Try to focus on hydrating yourself.  I had significant problems with fainting until I realized I wasn't getting enough water. I also read that protein, or the lack thereof, can cause this.  Either one you can adjust yourself while you wait for a call back.  Please let us know what you find out. Take care. Ellen

Own it all, it's yours!

Could be a low blood sugar condition. I would definitely see the doctor about it. If you were not diabetic before your surgery then you would not recognize the symptom. If you were, then you might dig out that glucometer and check your sugar level when you feel that way.
