I'm making progress. I did my final weigh in last night with my primary doctor. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY. Not only is it over but I have lost 5 lbs in the last 6 months. Can't wait until Tuesday to go to Dr. MacDonald. - Iris
