Yummy!

For those of you that have not tried the Cottage Cheese Pancakes recipes (from OH user Eggface), I just want to say it is yummy!  I made them for the first time this morning for a change in breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. I have never liked cottage cheese, but mixed in the pancakes it was great!  I made 7 small pancakes and they each had about 3 grams of protein each. I ate 2--which was more than enough sine they were a little larger than silver dollar sized.  My kids even ate them and thought they were delicious.  I encourage you to go onto Eggface's profile and go to the link on to her website.

Thanks Eggface!!!

These are yummy! Like you, I don't like cottage cheese. The pancakes sure make it taste good. My son ate them as well. I also enjoy her "bites" recipes. And of course her tortilla pizza creations are easy and yummy as well. She rocks! :)

These are great. Hubby made them for my breakfast this morning. He used fage yogurt instead of ricotta because we did not have any and my goodness what a treat. I did dump but I think it is because I used sugar free syrup made with nurasweet.                               Annie

I just love the cottage cheese pancakes. My daughter loves 'em too!

I often make 'em with a touch of cinnamon .... mmmmm.

They are also great with fresh berries.

Enjoy!

I searched pancakes on her website and they all sound awesome....gonna have to experiment on family.   Where do you buy wheat pancake mix? Thanks, Pam

Pam we used just whole wheat flour and it worked fine.                                          Annie
