Many of you have shown an intrest in the pin. I will be glad to send anyone a pin but will you please PM me or email me at [email protected] I will need how many you want and the address. I will PM you back with the info you need to purchase one. BTW the scales did move down again!!!! It was only two pounds but next week I will have my treadmill so by adding that to all my other machines I plan on seeing the scales drop more. I also gave Lee some pins to take to work today and when I got there he had already sold them all. I was really touched by seeing all the employees who had them on today. When I wear my pin I wear it with great pride and rememberance of where I came from at a starting weight of 680lbs and a reminder to myself of what I am doing and where I want to go.                                                Annie

Hi Myrtis, Did you know that my little squirrel comes each and everyday to my front porch to get nuts. He brings his friends too which I have named each one LOL. Balicks has converted back to the wild and doesent come and get on my shoulders any more but I do talk to him and he stops and listens to me while he eats his nuts. as far as Zenny the bird goes this past week I have taught him how to say Good Boy. It does my heart good to see how he responds to me.                                           Annie

That is sweet. I had a Amazon Red lord parrot and she was sweet also. I gave her away...she hated men  whi*****luded my dh. She tolerated my youngest daughter but acted ugly to my oldest. I do miss her.  Myrtis

Thank you for your kind words. My bad about not doing more on my profile as far as a blog but will be working on that in the future. For mow I am posting pics on my profile to give a visual for myself and others to see the changes.                                            Annie

Hey Annie: You are doing so awesome and inspire me!  At the point you are now, two lbs in a week is still great!  Keep up the good work! Pam

Hey Annie,

I love the pin and all that it represents ... I want to get one, I know you have my personal email info ... let me know if you need me to PM anything for you.

I'd love to get together again. My mother had cataract surgery this coming Friday and then I'm taking Sarah to NY the following week for knee surgery and it will probably be a few weeks after that before I'm available again.

Take care my friend.

Sounds like you have a full schedule. I would love to get together when you get back. BTW my friend Ruth may come to a meetup at Perkins.                                         Annie
